HOW DO I APPLY TO YOUR MARKETS?

You can find application forms via our social media! There are regular reminders posted over on our Instagram (@bluemoonmarkets) during the lead-up to the application process opening, plus links to the forms!

HOW MUCH ARE STALLS?

Stall fees vary based on a couple of factors, starting from £20 to £55 per day. The full price list is on our application forms, and you can pick one or several options you prefer!

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE STALL-HOLDER FEE?

  • A table (sizes described earlier) and chairs for all stall-holders.

  • At Moseley, we offer refreshments that are available for the entirety of the day!

  • Multiple types of promotion for the event, which will feature each stall-holder - including posters, flyers, sponsored social-media posts and more! 

  • Our wonderful photographers (Angela Grabowska & Heather Bull) who will be with us on the day, and take snaps of everybody's stalls & products, as well as the market day itself. Every stall-holder is provided with access to the photographs taken after the fair for your own use!

  • A fun day filled with lovely stall-holders. 🐝🦢🐤

CAN I SHARE A STALL WITH A FRIEND?

You can either apply as a collective for a full stall (one application, detailing both of the makers involved) - or apply for two separate half stalls, making sure to note who you would like to partner up with if both applications are successful!

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

I’m afraid stall fees are non-refundable, but I am open to potentially moving your stall to a later market date instead if you would prefer! This isn’t always possible, however, but I’ll try my best.

DO I NEED A TICKET TO ENTER?

Nope! No pre-booking required; just turn up. BLUE MOON is completely free to enter!

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

Yes please! We want ALL OF THE DOGS! 🐕

IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE?

Yes! All of our venues are fully accessible to all.

IS THERE PARKING?

Not directly at the venues, unfortunately. However, there are plenty of side roads nearby, or a cheap pay & display car park directly opposite all venues.
